What kind of work do they do with their twins? Strip to strip, offstrip? Small tires or intermediates? I've heard they are a good company, but haven't heard anything about pay or schedule.

its north cariboo not caribou. you will fly everywhere from hard, gravel, ice and snow. big tires and excellent equipment, pilots are well compensated and well taken care of. theres no training bonds and a very good company to work for.
