Could what happen in Canada? Could people start looting? Sure they did in Ottawa during the blackout but I don't think its a common occurence. But I know there are radical groups in Canada that are trying to pull stunts like that, (like at the university in Montreal a couple years back), what do you think of the Governments response to that incident Hazatude?
