Final accident report released - Falcon 100 VP-BAF . . .

Accident occured on February 12/09 at St. Moritz-Samedan Airport (SMV) Switzerland, aircraft was a Falcon 100 VP-BAF - registered in Bermuda but based in Vienna Austria. Two crew were fatally injured, passenger (the owner) was seriously injured.

Interesting to note, page 16 list the Captains previous incidents . . .

That's why you land on the centreline, aligned with the runway. I'm surprised that the "commander" was able to get/stay employed with the accident list that he had!
