Would anyone know how V & K were Integrated onto the Seniority List after being retired for ~6 years?
ACPA and Air Canada went forward unilaterally, does the DFR on August 4th address this particular issue?

Re: Seniority Integration For Retiree's V & K ?
ACPA does not see the use of informing its grass roots members of all the details of the LOU. We are only given little bits of info. Not sure why! Yes I read all the friday bulletins. There is no info given to these big questions:
1. What are there rights for bidding for sked and vacation?
2. Are they allowed to bid off the EMB?
We do know:
1. No GDIP.
2. They accumulate sick days like every one else.
3 They collect full pension and AC tops them up to 777 F/O pay.
There is no reason why the pilots should not be able to see a complete copy of this LOU. Maybe Brickhead knows more info.

Have you asked the MEC to see the LOU? Perhaps its posted on the ACPA site? I'm not sure of the whole process of publishing an LOU for the membership so am kind of curious myself.
