I fly Commutair out of Buffalo rather frequently. The crews have been really friendly and everything appeared on-par with most commuter type operations in US that I have flown with. They have always had higher minimums for hiring than the majority of their competitors (1500tt has always been their standard). Their Q200's have never let me down in the many times I have used them.

I wouldn't worry.
