Good post bizjets!

Well laid out survey. Seems similar to a few corporate/regional salaries that I know of here in Canada.

What do other avcanada-ers think? Are we on par/below?

I can't speak for the corporate side, but for charter, it seems like we are about average, if not maybe just a touch below, for our aircraft types(midsize to heavy bizjets). However, it doesn't take into account how much one works, or for that matter, the ability to plan your life. Some outfits (like mine) rarely screw around with days off without your ok, and we know when they will be for a year going forward. Other outfits that maybe pay better may or may not allow you to plan your life. It would be nice to see another couple pages where they comment on rostering, number of crew per aircraft, and maybe a rating(or some way to judge) on schedule quality. Then we'd get a really good picture of where we stand relative to that info.
