CN Railway sells their Gulfstream G-IV C-FCNR

C-FCNR G-IV was canceled from the Canadian registry on Oct 22/10 and sold to Washington Penn Company in DC as N835AA, CN Railway currently operate C-GCNR Challenger 604 - no idea if the Gulfstream is being replaced???
