Air North is base pay plus mileage. it changes with your time in the company and aircraft flown. Their guys seem to be pretty happy.

Remember the conversations you all had after a few beers? The ones about how the single pilot piston twin guys had the toughest flying jobs, to the worst locations, with the least capable aircraft, with the junkiest avionics, yet were flown by the least experienced pilots, who were rewarded with shitty pay. Meanwhile the experienced two crew turbine guys had it easy and made more? Alkan is one of the few companies that recognizes this fact and pays accordingly. A few of their Ho drivers are in the 20,000 hr range and have been there a while. Not much more needs to be said about the pay.

However, you can still make more driving a truck.
