are you more or less likely to receive back to work legislation after a vote of non confidence?

so no one can force you back to work why not STRIKE.........? how long till everyone gets what they want. I mean a strike costs them $200 million a day and their share price values them at $200 million dollars. @#$% them pull the parking brake and raise the bar. $37 000 really, that was the best yu could negotiate. what is the excuse? Transat is that bad?

Since we haven't officially begun negotiating as per labour law, we are not in a position to legally strike and couldn't be for several months. If we went on strike now it would be a violation of existing laws for which we would pay a heavy price.
