Villeneuve and Penhold are approximately the same distance driving (penhold closer by about 10 km according to the driving distance calculator). Rocky Mountain House is the closest at about 254km driving, not sure if the school is still in operation there. Next closest school is in Grande Prarie at about 290 km driving, Penhold next at 340 km.

No real good options unless one was going to plan on doing it while boarding at one of the locations. You also might convince someone to operate a sattelite closer to you if you can get a bunch of folks together who are like minded. Don't think you'll be able to operate out of the Jasper airstrip itself though.

I would head down to Invermere, camp in there for the summer and fly with Pie!

We had a number of Satelite Schools in Entrance ( Hinton ) back in the day...with
Centennial Flying School. It progressed, e.g.: Boundary Bay etc., thanks to founder
Frank Elkins. I had 19 Students in Entrance and had them all solo inside two months
as well as teaching ground school and being alone. Fellow that managed KFC in Jasper was one of my Students. Suggest you get a Satellite happening.
