I know there are a few places in the GTA and the prairies that specialize in this sort of stuff.. Is there anyone out west? I cant seem to think of anyone that specifically does it.. although i'm sure there are a few you could charter..

Anyone?

Are you looking for a photographer or a company to fly you?

I'm going to assume you are looking for aerial photos as in photos of the ground taken from an aircraft (ie: orthophotos). If you mean Air to Air photos, then I have no idea.

McElhanney has Lidar and Orthophoto capability to fly - http://www.mcelhanney.com/mcsl/services ... ge=DO.html

They routinely overfly the GVRD areas to update aerials for municipalities and realtors. They may be able to resell the data/photos if it was not done for a specific client. Mainly custom work. Office in Vancouver and others, company has been around for 101 years.

Valtus Imagery - http://www.valtus.com/ Online ordering and delivery of Lidar and orthophotos. Valtus is a good source for 'spec' lidar and photos - that is they fly areas that they think people will want data for and then sell off what they need. Usually 'spec' data is flown at a higher altitude etc. which reduces the overall quality in favor of covering a large area in the least amount of time. They will stock imagery from various suppliers for the same area at different resolutions, time frames etc.

Hope this helps.
