Re: Lear 45 3300 ft rwy question
No. Max weight to make 3300 feet work is less than BOW. Add 1900 lbs fuel and 3 pax, you'd need at least 3500 ft to do it legally with those envirnoment conditions.

Re: Lear 45 3300 ft rwy question
Under private, do you need to use take-off field length? numbers above are TOFL. I'd have to delve into the graphs and charts to get take-off ground run, if you can do that legally.
Re: Lear 45 3300 ft rwy question
You can use ground run numbers. Under 604 there are no performance requirements different from part VI unless the operator decides to put it in their ops manual. I suspect for large aircraft this may change at some point now that TC is looking at 604 operations again.
Re: Lear 45 3300 ft rwy question
Under 704 you need to have a 60% extra margin on your numbers. Under 604 you can go with the straight book numbers. Basically that's the main advantage to private ops besides not needing permits to proceed to each destination when flying through the US.

Nah, just for landing. Sorry, I skimmed over the question and thought you were looking at landing.
Re: Lear 45 3300 ft rwy question
I ran the Falcon 10 numbers on Ultra Nav.
It can carry 3 (male ) pass and over 4,000lbs of fuel
off the 3300ft runway under those conditions.
4,000lbs of fuel will take it 350nm to 400nm with reserves.
