Well the twin mustang actually worked reasonably well, and the Guppy was really the only solution if you wanted to fly large rocket parts around, so both of them get a pass.
That aerocycle scares the shit out of me, I'm wondering how many pilots ended up as salsa after falling off. I'm also wondering how combat tests would have gone...

guy lands, after making a shitload of noise and giving his position away. And then stands motionless in an elevated position for a minute or two as the rotor winds down before he can get off.
