Why the laughter "b73"?
"atpilot" is right.

Hey can anyone shed some light on flair's pay scale for a newhire as well as typical career progression? ( time to upgrade, bases, if you start at the bottom of the captains pay scale when you get upgraded etc)
Thanks,
180

Flair Air is doing work for Cubana. 737 bases are YYZ, YYC, YLW. They hire a few pilots every year.
Time to upgrade will depend on your performance and the need for captains/amount of work.
Start pay is better then WJ or AC, not sure it will stay the same in the long run.
When upgraded you start at the bottom of captain's pay scale.

Not an ad, just company profile with the 767 removed.

Avcanada has a lot of rubbish on it but that has to be the most ludicrous idea to anybody who knows.

KFC unions might have something to say about that.

The rumour was that the 767's were going to be operated in and out of MEX for Mexicana who are trying to start up again under new ownership. However, Grupo Med Atlantic have failed to provide any funding to date and perhaps that is why the Flair 767 initiative has gone silent.

heard that as a result of an unsatisfactory audit they are presently under investigation by TC and if they don't get it together may not be operating anything, let alone a 767

Definitely still alive and well (much to your disappointment for some reason, it sounds like...?).
I believe the one with the blacked out tail is the 4th airplane. It was down in the states on dry lease for the last little while.
Why a select few perpetually drool over the failure of other airlines is beyond me. The success of companies like Flair/Enerjet is a good thing for the Canadian airline industry as a whole. Why set the rumour mill on fire with hopes of their collapse?

"presently under investigation by TC" ?
There were findings in TC Audit and they all been taken care off. Do you know of any company which didn't had any findings in their Audit ?
"and if they don't get it together may not be operating anything,"
737s are still operating, 767s will be here, whether you like it or not
