Tuition Reimbursement and Bursaries

I have noticed that Air Canada awards prizes (trips, cash or interviews) to students who finish top of their class at some Flight Colleges, and Universities that offer Transportation programs.

I was recently reading an article about a current business trend where companies are starting to offer incentives for their employees to go back and further their education. For example Starbucks gives part-time employees $500 per semester to attend Post Secondary Education.

I did a little research and couldn't find anything, so I was wondering if anyone has heard of any programs like this at AC or even Air Canada bursaries that I could apply for?
