The creative services team traditionally puts together a video every profit share making fun of our culture and or poking fun at our execs. The thing I admire is the talent these video guys have. We use them internally to make learning and development training videos etc.

Yep, but pay, ESP, profit share, working environment, schedule, etc make up for it.

It's like a religious cult except the money flows the other way.
Every time the kool aid is served (profit share parties), there's money attached. I'll gladly keep drinking as long as the cash flows.
