West Wind Aviation Salary
I can't find any info and they don't seem to want to tell pilots what they pay untill the interview. I would like to know what all positions pay if anyone knows? Piston captain, King Air captain and 1900 captain. I worked to hard to make over 60k a year I can't make any less.

Re: West Wind Aviation Salary
I asked twice during the phone interview portion and they, "didn't have that information with them"...sounded like a great place to be but if you can't, or won't, tell me the salary before I spend x amount to come see you in person then something is fishy. At least Georgian was able to quote their incredibly insulting low salary to the cent.

Re: West Wind Aviation Salary
Good Afternoon,
Like most company’s West Wind Aviation doesn’t share their scales on a public forum. The pay that was mentioned above is not complete accurate as there are different Piston Captain scales depending on the operation, current West Wind Aviation is looking for a Piston Charter Captain YQR as posted. West Wind will consider phone interviews to start the process and understands that candidates are not always located close to Saskatoon, during those phone interviews the pay is discussed with the candidate.
If you are interested in the position and have received a phone call for an interview it is best to explain your situation, ask questions and if needed start with a phone interview if required. I find it is always best to go to the in-person interview if able as you can get a better understanding of the operation, have a tour, meet the team, and make a much better decision and/or understanding of the company and position.
Hope that helps.

Good Company but they have always paid well below industry standard.Lucifer wrote:I can't find any info and they don't seem to want to tell pilots what they pay untill the interview. With the hiring going on right now... you can do MUCH better!
Cheers,
