Tough for new members, because I'm looking to buy something in the classifieds and have no way of contacting the seller, as posting in there is restricted and PMing is restricted for me as well.

There is a forum rules section in every topic. I used to go in and welcome every new member personally but as I never heard back from anyone, I stopped doing it. The rules of the site are really self explanatory but for ease I will put a link here for you to read.

Just post a message in the General section with some info about yourself, and people will welcome you. Avcanada is pretty friendly for the most part, at least until you start posting opinions/advice
