Are you looking for information on flight attendants? Airline specific manuals or the standard that they have to meet?

Well, you could try asking on one of these sites:
AC: Proud to bare the Maple Leaf
Flight Attendants.org
Inflight Innovations: Inflight Institute
TS Component
While you're not likely to find anyone willing to share their individual training manuals online, they are all based on the
Flight Attendant Training Standard so you can get the general idea of what the training program would consist of.
Good luck!
