Hey guys.
The company (foreign) I'm about to start working for has asked me to provide a 'home country validation letter' of my license (Canadian CPL). Naturally I haven't been able to find any info on the TC website, so I'd like to ask you guys. Has anyone else done this? How did you go about it? I'm currently outside of Canada, in a rather remote area, so calling TC isn't an ideal option. If all else fails I'll try to email them, although something tells me this will be a painfull experience...
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I have done this before, and it was very straight forward. Sent the regional office where my file was an e-mail, along with the e-mail where the verification should be sent to and within a day or two it was done. Transport Canada seemingly does these types of things all the time.

I just finished doing that a couple of weeks ago. No problem at all, TC replied to them the next day.
