Approach to minimums
To answer BRiZE, an approach to minimums is like having sex. It takes practice. Couple the approach in VFR conditions to watch and learn how the autopilot does it and then mimic the autopilot. But most important of all is to sit back and relax. Panic causes kneejerk reactions. Relaxing allows you to absorb the whole picture. Be smooth but make the airplane do what you want it to do.

BRiZE: tried to put this on the question but it wouldn't let me, so:
When you say "Minimums", do you mean approaches to CAP limits or approaches to 1200 RVR? It changes how I answer the question. I can hand fly an approach to CAP minimums with no problem....however, when it's 1200 RVR in fog with a 20 kt 90 degree crosswind comin' in off the Bay of Fundy, I let "George" do'er. I'm not there to prove to the the co-pilot how good I am, I'm there to get the boss on the ground. And George does 'er better than me. (I don't tell that to the boss, of course..(;>0).
