I conversed with Gander Flight Training and they said after their flight instructor rating program they offer jobs depending upon student performance, personality and demand. And if the instructor is employed he or she can work their way up to their sister airline called Evas Airline what is a third tier with Air Canada, flying King Air C90 and Beech 1900 D. Feel free to share your views, perspectives and experiences about Gander Flight Training (NL).
Thank you,
Aeronautics

Re: Your Opinion on Instructor Rating at Gander Flight Train
I'm sure the level of training is the same as any other place in Canada, but I know it costs a lot more to train at GFT than other places. I would do it at a place that is cheaper. GFT wont promise you a spot as an employee, so Why pay more for it.
My experiences with GFT was terrible.
Lets just say that MONEY EARNED didnt always mean MONEY PAID!!
Besides the bad weather in Newfoundland, I'd move somewhere with less moisture that way you can maximize your flying with a student. A new student should have a clear horizon when learning to fly.
