New YVR Hanger

Understand WestJet has leased the Ex-Air Canada Drive Through hanger from the YVR Airport Authority.

Probably also might see some extra phase checks or also maybe a B -check line as YYC and YYZ hangars are pretty much full but that would be good as the old BCIT hangar has seen its days would be a good change interesting rumour but will find out soon if its true or not...

Not sure the rumor of WS taking over ACs south hanger is accurate....the building is owned by Air Canada (land leased from YVR) ... so unless AC is selling or leasing it directly to WS, I don't see it happening. Never say never though.

Looks like AC has been using their North hanger a bit more these days. There may be some truth to this rumor....
