What would you do?

Hello, Racking my brain on options...
Ultimate goal is Airlines for a decade then retire in high level Corporate Job. Current Age 29.
1000 TT BE30 (King Air 350) and BE20 Typed and Current (Right Seat)
250 PIC (qualifies for ATPL)
No bonds
Currently flying 35 hrs/month or 400/hrs a year
45K/year 20 days of on-call with no flexibility.
Bonus: I do 5K of groundschool instruction a year TOTAL : 50K/year
Present outlook: 18 months of on call work to obtain 1500TT and then probably a caravan PPC making 60K/year and flying 700hrs/year. Airlines in 3 years time.
Or should I look elsewhere at companies that can fly 500-600hrs a years, obtain 1500hrs in 1 year and get on with airlines by jumping to another company before becoming eligible for Airlines.
Honest opinions/experiences from when you were at a similar position. Thx and much appreciated.
