It is a career opportunity. Most people will use the opportunity to get the experience and leave of course.

In that context a job with Wasaya seems less of a 'career' choice.

So how are those not career choices? If I was at the stage in my career where I was looking for a job like that, I'd be all over them. Decent machinery, you probably fly a fair bit, and if the company does go sideways, so what? You've got time on either a Dash or 'Van. In light of the two threads mentioned above, Wasaya might not be the place where you'd want to hang your hat long-term, but as a career advancement move, I think that either of these jobs would be a great move.

You won't be out of work with a dash TR. I would be all over it.

I view a "career" as, just that. A career is a long term investment in blood sweat and tears. It's somewhere you can settle in, burn your resumes and call home.
Wasaya is not this. Never has been.
As a stepping stone however, I'd agree with you. Good equipment. Good crews. But forget the "gold watch" it's just not that kind of place. YMMV
