Aerobatic Flight as a gift.

Post by parallel60 »

Hello,

Wondering if anyone knows of a company or person around the Lower Mainland of BC who offers Aerobatic Flight Tours. Looking to send up a friend. Preferably YPK/ZBB/YNJ/YXX.

PM please.

Thanks

I think Canadian Flight Center at ZBB has a Citabria, or see if anyone here: https://www.facebook.com/aerobaticsbc is interested.

Pro-IFR has one as well http://www.proifr.com/fleet/champion-ci ... aerobatic/

I've not been in either Pro's or CFC's Citabria before so can't comment one any differences.

Cheers!

I was out there in 2010 just before we got our Super D and did a couple of flights on CFC's Citabria (115 HP) and Super Decathlon.
As far as I know, they still have both.
Both airplanes were nearly new and very clean.
I'd recommend the Super D over the Citabria for obvious reasons. The Super D is a great airplane for someone to fly their first acro experience in. IIRC it had an Aspen glass cockpit in it...which I found quite odd.
Great experience, however.
Good luck!
