Re: Execaire
I've asked the same question about a few weeks ago. Didn't got a reply. What i've heared is they were looking for already type rated pilots for the challenger in YUL. Definitely a really good company. Got some friends working for them and they are really happy!

They are a great company only problem there is time off .If you have a 3 day lay over well thats your days off.Ironman2909 wrote:I've asked the same question about a few weeks ago. Hey JHR, can you elaborate a little? A friend of mine flies a plane there and says there is no schedule, etc and a lot of charter for the aircraft he flies. Thanks!

Re: Execaire
It truely depends on which aircraft you are on. When I was there, my aircraft did very little charter. We were also on a twelve hour callout after 1700. I will admit not all aircraft at Execaire have the same sched or rules, but I was never asked to accept days off away from base in the nine years I was there.

Re: Execaire
The couple of guys I know there say the exact opposite, plenty of charters, hacked days off, so obviously "your mileage may vary" depending on the aircraft. Always ask these questions in the interview and be clear before you sign on the dotted line.

The Montreal Challenger job has been filled. They recalled a layed off Toronto Challenger pilot.
