I bought stock at 3.60. It's up to 3.83 with a target of 4.50 - 5.00.

Let's hope there is good news soon!

Recent press articles suggest Bombardier aren't convinced P&W have a fix for that engine failure yet. That reasonably quick return to their flight test program isn't looking so quick anymore.
Could there be more to this than meets the eye?
No news may not be good news.

They are in Quebec, aren't they (Bombardier and P&WC)? There isn't a surer bet in this country..... it will just be a question of how many public dollars it will take. I'm sure the debt for the Challenger/CRJ is still on the books.

Whats the back story on the CRJ?
Other than it's a POS that is only popular because Canada backed loans for foreign carriers to purchase them? Or is that the story?

In 1986, Canadair was wallowing in debt from the development of the Challenger. The Canadian Government bought it, and then sold it to Bombardier in 1990, presumably without any of the attached liabilities.
