CWA

Post by talkinghead »

Has anyone seen this yet?

http://www.canadaworldairlines.com/en/index.html

Certain passengers become sullen and harsh because they are prevented from smoking. In CWA's aircraft, two smoking rooms will be provided.

Business people busy till the last minute often neglect certain small details when preparing to travel. The service of a hairstylist and manicurist will be provided, and greatly appreciated by CWA's passengers especially the women.

The showers will be designed in order to emit fine moderate soapy water droplets followed by rinsing, drying and disinfecting. This procedure will limit the water flow in order to accommodate the majority of the passengers

These are the best parts

"Mont Royal suite located in the front of the cabin near the nose of the plane, equipped with a King size bed, a fireplace in winter, an aquarium in summer,"

"whirl pool bath of 38 inches in diameter"

"From his cabin a security agent, using the screens, can observe and control the whole plane in clear weather or darkness"

Sort of reminds me of 'Soul Plane'

"Just wail 'til you get a load of HazAir!"

Will that gorgeous lady be ready to help me fassen my seatbelt?

CWA sounds sort of suspicious...Something about employees owning shares in the airline on the company website.

Maybe another 30G's to fly an MD83.

Wow, this is awesome!

I assume they will simply change the federal law prohibiting smoking on all Canadian aircraft. And that Vancouver - Toronto will be $149.

//plans to live on board.

Oh, wait. I just googled the owner.

Here's a link to the first hit on google about him. It's translated from French to English, so it sounds a little funky. I think you will get the general idea though. The similarities to JetsGo are remarkable actually.

Turns out, the first hit on his name is from the Office of Consumer Protection in Quebec.

Try it yourself: Google Steve Z. Nasra

Severe judgments for
Zinelabidine (Steve Z.) Nasra
and Universe Management Multi Voyages
(Canada Air Charter and Haiti Air Charter)

Quebec, July 6, 2005 - the Office of the consumer protection (OPC) recently obtained a judgement of the Court of Quebec declaring Mr Zinelabidine Nasra, better known under the name of Steve Z Nasra, and its travel agency Univers Management Multi-Voyages Inc, so known under the names of Canada Air Charter and Haiti Air Charter, culprits of the majority of the charges (108 heads) ranges against them for infringements with the Law on the agents of voyages and with the Payment on the agents of voyages .

This travel agency from Montreal and its administrator allowed, many recoveries, that the account in trust of the agency is overdrawn significant sums. They also omitted to deposit the received sums of the customers there having bought their tickets near an agency located in Haiti. Finally, they illegally withdrew from the funds of the account in trust by carrying out transfers by Internet.

Zinelabidine Nasra was seen imposing a total fine of 111 000 $ for infringements on articles 22, 24 and 26 of the Payment on the agents of voyages . For its part, the travel agency bailed out fines also adding up 111 000 $, relative with infringements with the same articles.

Recall of the facts

In July 2002 the company of Mr Nasra left in plan of the thousands of travellers, both in Quebec and abroad, when it suddenly closed its doors. The OPC then named urgently an administrator in order to repatriate the hundreds of travellers thus delivered to themselves in North Africa, Europe and Haiti. The checking of the books of the company having shown that the account in trust was practically dry, the OPC thus had to use significant sums coming from the collective funds of the agents of voyages to allow the repatriation of the travellers and the refunding of the people who could not travel.
