Otter Crash in BC?????????????????????

I heard that at Otter crashed in BC. Does any one know if it is true? If it is who does it belong to?

It is true and I heard it was Air Nootka and the Otter flipped over as it was landing in to shallow of water something along those correct me if Im wrong
