Myocarditis post vaccine is one of the legitimate medical exemptions. Anaphalyxis to an ingredient is another one. The problem is getting medical exceptions is difficult because of all the fraudulent claims.

Since it's a federal mandate, the rules are the same across the industry. There is no problem if you have a legitimate exemption.

Be mindful of the fact that while you can obtain a medical exemption which will permit you to go to work for your company, you will not be able to travel as an airline passenger under that exemption, so if your job even occasionally requires you to travel by commercial airline - even on your own - your exemption will not apply.
