Crew constraints …

Post by Rooster69 »

… is beginning to cause delays and cancellations the past few days at big red. It would appear that angering pilots by removing perks and releasing a poorly spliced YouTube video by the CEO is not the way to entice said pilots to work on their days off.

On my side of things I'm also hearing that flights are cancelling left and right due to crew availability. AC pilots are sending a clear, probably expensive, message by refusing overtime.

I don't know what management's next desperate move will be. Will it be the carrot, the stick, or something nonsensical? Regardless, it's clear that workers have had enough of being abused.

P.S. great to hear to the solidarity message is getting out. If everyone sacrifices just a Kittle bit over the summer then great benefits will be sowed after

First thing on the docket, no more 10 fn year contracts, 3 years max.
Second good bye flat pay
And so on and so on…

A record 9 years based on the backs of the pilots and and the traitorous ACPA, been a grand slam for management that’s is for sure though
