Tronosjet Add?

Post by Pacqing »

What do you think of this latest approach to hiring for Heavy Checks. You don't need any experience in Aviation but be mechanical from other trades. We'll train you. Who will? The crew chief overseeing the other work? Nice. Is this a way to get cheaper manpower?

You talking about this?

Looks very unattractive! Who will move to PEI from a better city for minimum wage lol? Who will leave their mechanical job to pursue Aviation?

That is the situation Canada wide. Finding people to do anything is proving to be a real problem especially for bum pay and garbage working conditions. I have seen this at places before in aviation, one particular company had a to. Of SCA’s. Build that wheel and that’s lol you’ll ever do but maybe you’ll go farther. The world is an interesting place and will get much more interesting. Many Ukrainians will be needed.
