I applied last year to the early connection program and after passing the digital interview, I was instructed to update my profile during career milestones (800 hours, new type rating, etc). I’ve done this once already, but this morning I wanted to enter another update and I kept getting an error that says: “Loaded a deactivated Company or data related to a deactivated company Rivs\Workflow:67813”

Anyone else get this error? It seems they’ve updated the hiring website since the last time I updated my profile a few months ago. Maybe the link expired.. would this mean I have to redo the digital interview? Seems they don’t even have a job posting for the early connections program anymore.

Don’t know anything about RIVS, but do you still have a contact for someone who processed your file initially? Maybe you can try and reach out to them. Someone else in this forum may know more though.

Try emailing recruiting. Let them know of your status update, they’ll need to update your file manually. At least I did. Also a porter early connections guy here!
