People on their Cessnas GC, how many hrs did you generally got per year and what bases out of their 8 uses them? And did you generally flew more in the summer or winter?

Does anyone have some insight to their interview process? Was told the next steps would be an in person interview and flight evaluation for an FO on the C208B. This is my first experience with pilot interviews so any details would be great!
