This is for the lucky few Americans who managed to get a banner towing/jumper dumping/flight instructor job to get their 1500 hours in a country with ten times the population and almost zero bush jobs.

I played around with the pay calculator on their website. If they can afford to pay that much for a 78 seat jet configured for 50 seats, imagine how much a Q400 operator could afford with the lower fuel costs.

The numbers they are advertising are for much much more experienced pilots. Perfect example that should be immediately implemented in Canada is essentially needing 1000 hours of 705 time before you can be a captain on a 705 machine (adjusted to Canadian equivalent subparts)

Even so for all the bonuses I think someone would be a 10k + jet driver
