2025/26 GS

Post by PittBoss »

What's the plan for 2025/26 GS looking like? Slowing down in hiring or stepping up?

Just over 253 vacancies for the next 365 days.

So 21 new hires per month

I’d say the ACTUAL projections have things being slow for the next year.

This unicorn monster bid could change that, but that’s just speculation and apparent plane delivery issues.

No idea what upgrade times are currently.

Not exactly. We need 253 more pilots than today, you have to take account for retirement.

Pilots retiring over the next 12 months are already posted inactive for equipment bidding numbers.

253 is a number that accounts for that in the 12 months going forward.
