Float rating In Newfoundland

I don't know Newfoundland at all. I'm looking at buying a Maule out at Deer Lake where would be the closest place / float flying school to Dear Lake Newfoundland?

Try Rick Adams out of Springdale Aviation which is about an hour drive east of Deer Lake on the TCH.If he isn't available then you may find someone out of the local seabase which is close to the airport.

Yeah, Springdale is closest if they're still operating, otherwise Gander Flight Training is about 4 hours (i think) away.
