I have just a quick question for all those of you who have been to SHL assessment exams. I am scheduled for July 6th and they tell me to bring a resume. Do I only bring a CV or a letter of application?
Thanks!

Have a resume describing your education, relevant work experience (doesn't have to be radio or aviation related. anything that involves multitasking is relevant. I was asked if I'd ever worked as a server in a restaurant), skills, and interests. Keep it to about a page. You cover letter should describe why you want the job, and what you can bring to the company. Keep it to a page or less. They may not need it, but the worst that can happen for including one, provided it doesn't show that you're illiterate, is that they'll ignore it. If you get past the aptitude test, many of the questions in your interview will be based on your resume.
Make sure you have someone proof-read both the resume and cover letter. Preferably not a parent or sibling. If you're still in school, take it to one of your professors or a guidance councillor.
