Not once did I say that they Leafs were a better orginization...but it's our orginization and we stick by them. Like I stated in an earlier post a good parent sticks by thier child when they go through hard times, support them in parent/teacher interviews, cop shops and the likes...suport them whether they are an asshole, fat or stupid not unlike our orginization over the last 40 years.
We have better fans...I think that that is what we were arguing about in the first place right? Again I can't wait for a couple of years from now when you guys suck again and the fans disapear and we don't have to listen to the shit spewed from your traps for a while.
When the Leafs win, we say "Go Leafs Go"...when the Habs or Sens win, they shout "Leafs Suck" are you guys really that self concious? Just look at the title of this thread. If we were in first place, we'd be celebrating our sucess not poking fun of other people.

I already gave you credit for sticking by your team. However, you say you have better fans and brag about attendance records at the ACC. Then you say the real fans don't go to the games. Well, where are the real fans? Are you one? or do you attend games, in which case that just makes you another dipshit Leaf fan? Contradictory I think...
Furthermore, if I had a fat, stupid asshole of a kid whom I also had to deal with the police over I wouldn't stand idly by and say "Please don't steal again" or "I hope all that McDonald's and ice cream is to your liking sweetheart". No I would tell him/her that they are getting fat and start doing some excercise. And also, if you make me come to that police station again, I'll whoop your ass. All this undeserved support over the years has turned the Leafs into the fat kid who's always in trouble with the law, but keeps going down the same path because nobody does anything about it. It starts with the parents, just like it starts with the fans. Every team would be nothing without their fans... they can make things happen if they want to. You may be loyal fans, but you sure are stupid as well.
Also, we don't say Leafs suck... we sing Ole, ole, ole, ole and boo your asses right out of the building. It's just the way... we're not self-conscious... it's called a rivalry.... ass!! It's fun to bitch about the Leafs.
And you're gonna have to wait for more than a couple years for our current team to dwindle... of course that's not going to happen because we'll take on new, young players and work with the team, not pick up and dwell on dinosaurs and hope they can take us from 12th place to the cup. It hasn't worked for fourty years, it's not gonna.
Twenty years from now you'll be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the things you did do.
