US Customs..?

What time does the US Customs open at terminal 1. Flying to Cancun via PHL in Feb, departing YYZ at 6:45am.

Better give gtaa a call...I think its around 445am...if its on the weekend, be prepared for huge lineups, as there are alot of charter departures around 6-700 am.
