Any O.P.P. Pilots out there?

Post by fishingpilot13 »

I have a few questions about working for the O.P.P. and specializing in their aviation division to fly the 206 or PC12. If Anyone has any information other than what is posted on their website could you please PM me or post. Thanks!

I haven't looked at the website but, I do know you have to be an OPP officer before flying their AC. They do some pretty cool stuff and the guys I know, are great folks too.

I work with the OPP and fly with the boys all the time. I don't think they are on here but most likely I can answer what you want to know, or if I can't I can ask them. Watcha need to know?

Same. I see the 206 pilot quite often I do know they had an expression of interest posted recently. Need 1500 hours, CPL, IFR and you can be placed in Orillia or Thunder Bay on the pc12 or 206. Most jobs in the OPP you need either 3 or 5 years as a police officer before being considered.
