So they indicate operations will start in 2016 now, that is if enough money is raised. That says it all.

Since the fall of 2013, Vancouver-based Jetlines has raised more than $2.5-million from nearly 185 investors – well short of the estimated $50-million the company figures it will require to launch service.
They have no major investors. so far it appears that no large investors are willing to bet against AC and WestJet.

I'm pretty sure if I got together with a few buddies I could capitalize an airline better than JetLines. What a joke.
