I tried the interview, its not that tough, just questions about your own past. The tough part was getting it to work. Try and try again, I ended up doing the phone option instead. And my webcam works great with Skype or whatever else I have tried.

Having the questions ahead of time probably will not help. It is your personal history. Telling stories. Just don't dig yourself a hole.

I never got a reply to the interview at all. I did not even get an automated "Thank you for taking our test" which I sort of figured I would get in a few days. I have over 7000 hours, so no idea what they are looking for. Good luck

I'm just wondering, what position are these interviews for?

They are for pilot positions.

If I recall up to a month ago they had 6 questions on the video and recently it's just two.

Careful they only give you a couple of days to complete the video interview. I waited a couple of days as I was doing a northern rotation when I applied then missed the cut-off (the video expired apparently). Now I wil have to call HR and see if there's anything they can do to reset it.
