Students: When you show up to your flight lesson, please take your personal hygene into consideration.
Your instructor does not want to sit next to you in a cabin that is not even an arms width wide, in the heat and turbulence, when you smell like you just finished a game of hockey.

Some people were literally referred as donkeys at my club, they used to smell really odd.

It might be a cultural thing; Certain culture bath less often and don't avail themselves of deodorant. When I worked in Japan all the locals thought we gaijin smelled funny due to our eating dairy products.
