Looking for some up to date advanced piloting reading book recommends....ex modern version of fly the wing

Children of the Purple.
Just press the AP button; at 400' going up, 200' going down. That's what 95% of the people who i fly with do !

Have you read Fly the Wing? If you haven't it is still worth a read, most stuff is still applicable.

That’s a sad statement and certainly not the case on the plane I fly. Most hand fly to 8000-10000, lower if it’s a busy airport and unless the weather is low it’s usually off before 1000’.
