Franktown radar broken?

Hi folks. For several weeks I have noticed impossible patterns for precipitations frm env Canada Franktown radar. It seems to be blind for a sector from 290 degrees true to 360 degrees true. Anyone aware of anything? Will try attach image I just took with foreflight.

Temporary sector outage due to nearby construction, expected back on April 19th.
