1200tt is ballpark for what Ornge is hiring right now. Along with total time, they are also looking at how far you are from ATPL requirements. Do you have your night cross country PIC and other PIC requirements for the ATPL? It’s a contract requirement of the MOH to have an ATPL as a captain.
Any sort of internal reference is a good way at getting an interview also!

They usually interview when an initial course is planned. I would imagine the course for the ad just posted would be mid September so interviews probably mid-late August. Phone calls go out probably a week before interviews.
