Working at Air Inuit to get a right seat with them later
Has anyone worked for Air Inuit a as a lineman or like a store agent to get an FO position with them later?

Being employed as a pilot is a game of trust. It can certainly help if the folks running the place have first hand experience with how trustworthy you are.

I have a friend who started working for them doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off in the north as an ops agent and he told me that they hire from the inside. So I was wondering what are the odds

I know a lot of people who did just that. Mostly ramp work, cargo duties, loadmaster, counter agent & flight attendant. Anywhere between 6 months and 2 years before flying job.
