Hey guys! I received an email from perimeter for a online willo interview. If anyone here has taken the interview recently can you please give me an overview of what the interview is like and what kind of questions to expect. Thank you.

I don’t know that the interview at perimeter is like. But I can almost guarantee you it’ll be the same as most other airlines.


Tell us about yourself.
Why perimeter?
What do you know about us?
Typical questions on Eligibility… do you have permission to work in Canada… etc

Then probably a couple behavioral questions, such as (and not limited to):

Tell us a time where you had a disagreement with a superior and how did you resolve it?

Tell us a time where you had to go against company policy, and why?

I suggest you type up STAR method for interview questions on google for those type of interview questions. Do all us a favor, and do not EVER hire Keith D’mello. Plenty of free advice here.

Nah man. The interview panel can usually see right thru canned interview prep… especially if there are pilots sitting at the table.

His business is a business yes. But it could do you more harm than good.

Again, I suggest reading about the STAR method, practice by yourself or get your gf/wife to pretend to be the interviewer.
Most importantly, don’t lie.

It’s a seller’s market right now, and they buying, just keep sharp. You can do this without Keith.

Keith got into the industry at Bearskin, not because of his experience or interview, a family member pulled some strings lol..... 3 blinks later he was gone to Jazz. I still harass his "keeper" about it.
